El-Seba’ya Central Hospital

Description

Located in Seba’ya, Edfu, North of Aswan Governorate, & serves more than 100,000 patients in Seba’ya & the surrounding villages. TEC-MERGE was assigned the project of developing & rehabilitating an old building in Seba’ya Central Hospital as well as the construction of three other new buildings. The buildings total surface area is 4440 m2 while the whole project is 10,145 m2. The nursing building includes accommodation rooms & services are for doctors & nurses along with a central pharmacy in the ground floor. The main hospital building is built on 4 floors and it includes the main hospital services (patients accommodation, isolation, operations rooms, intensive care, pediatrics, kidney dialysis, emergency, mortuary unit). This building is annexed to a one floor building. The power house building includes the electrical control & distribution room, pumps & ground water tank. TEC-MERGE scope of works for this project includes electromechanical, civil, architectural &landscaping works in addition to supplying the necessary medical supplies.
